Processing: Normally 4–7 business days before dispatch. Heavy-duty items, custom-made or modified products, and orders containing two or more items, including multiple quantities of the same item, may need extra processing time.

International delivery: Standard shipping is estimated at 10–14 business days after dispatch. Express shipping is estimated at 5–7 business days where available. Processing is separate from transit; delivery dates are estimates.

Orders arrive in plain, discreet packaging. Eligible orders of $95 or more qualify for free shipping where the promotion applies. Available methods and charges appear at checkout. Returns: Request an eligible return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition, with original packaging, tags and accessories where applicable. Contact us before sending a return. Custom-made, personalized, modified and custom-size items are non-refundable for change of mind. Sale items follow the standard 14-day return conditions. Worn or used intimate products are excluded from standard returns. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us with your order number and clear photographs. Check the measurements and sizing information in this product's description before ordering. Measure with a flexible tape and state whether your measurements are in inches or centimetres. For clothing, relevant measurements may include waist, hips and inseam; harnesses may require chest or torso measurements.
