Return & Refund Policy

At Mr. Leather Gear, we strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 14-day return and refund window from the date of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • The item must not be a custom-made product and must be a one-size product.

Please note: Custom-made or size items (selected measurements) and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Additionally, certain health and personal care items may also be excluded from returns.

Partial Refunds May Apply If:

  • The item is returned not in its original condition.

  • It is damaged or has missing parts not due to our error.

  • The return is requested after the 14-day window.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or contact your credit card provider—processing times may vary.

Order Cancelation

Orders can only be canceled within 2 days of purchase. Once the order has started processing or has been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order at that stage.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final and non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To start an exchange, please contact us at Mr.leathergear@gmail.com and send your item to the return address provided.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return amount. If it was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Mr. Leather Gear is not responsible for any products that are lost or damaged during shipping or during the return process.
